4 Frostpunk Is A Compelling Survival Twist On The Genre
Frostpunk is another entry that brings several genres together. It is a city-building and survival strategy game, with players having to make high-pressure decisions during a late-19th-century volcanic winter in order to prevail. Frostpunk may seem like the typical tycoon game, but the focus and necessity of resources and how they are applied suggests otherwise.
As with other tycoon games, Frostpunk has numerous scenarios across both the main game and DLC, with different storylines to restrict and concentrate the gameplay. Its difficulty is appropriate given how dire and harsh the conditions of the game’s setting are, but it is still enjoyable.
